NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

Notice is hereby given that the California Victim Compensation Board (CalVCB) intends to award a contract to the following bidder:

The proposed award is the result of CalVCB’s request for proposal, RFP 22-003 Public Awareness Campaign Services.
This notice constitutes compliance with the State Contracting Manual, Volume 1, Section 5.65 A and 6.10 A. Any protests concerning this proposed award must be filed with CalVCB, 400 R Street, Suite 400, Sacramento, CA 95811 and the Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Legal Services, 707 Third Street, 7th Floor, West Sacramento, CA 95605 by 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on April 10, 2023.
