Ombudsperson:
The CalVCB Ombudsperson researches complaints regarding the handling of victim compensation claims.
Claimants may send inquiries to ombudsperson@victims.ca.gov
Once an inquiry is received, the Ombudsperson will provide an initial reply within 24 hours.
