Notice is hereby given that the order of consideration of matters on this agenda may be changed without prior notice. This agenda notice does not include a specific ending time for the Board meeting. The meeting shall end when all of the noticed items and other business have been considered.

Government Code section 11125.7 provides the opportunity for members of the public to address each agenda item during discussion or consideration by the Board prior to the Board taking any action on said item. Members of the public will be provided appropriate opportunities to comment on any issue before the Board, but the Board Chair may, at his or her discretion, apportion available time among those who wish to speak. Individuals may appear before the Board to discuss items not on the agenda; however, the Board can neither discuss nor take official action on those items at the time of the same meeting. (Gov. Code, §§ 11125, 11125.7, subd. (a).). If written comments are submitted, six copies must be provided in advance of the Board meeting with the following information on the first page of the document: date, addressee, Board meeting date, agenda item number, and name of person submitting the document.
